There are quite a few famous names visiting the mystery-shrouded Washington town for the first time too. Robert Forster, Amanda Seyfried, Tom Sizemore, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Tim Roth, Ashley Judd, Michael Cera, and Laura Dern are among those who will appear.

Twin Peaksoriginally ran for two seasons between 1990 and 1991, with the prequel movieFire Walk With Mefollowing in 1992.

Twin PeaksSeason 3 is yet to be given an official premiere date by Showtime. In July,star Ray Wise said that the show would be broadcast next summer, and stated that co-creator David Lynch had directed all 18 episodes.

Anticipation is high for the upcoming third season of the cult 90s TV showTwin Peaks, which will premiere on Showtime next year. The first official behind-the-scenes footage has now been released, in a promo that also features interviews with many of the returning cast, as well as some new faces. Check it out below:
